The distillery's warehouses maintain an average temperature of around 20°C, resulting in faster maturation and a higher "Angel's Share" compared to whiskies produced in Northern Europe.
This exquisite blend is crafted from various aged whiskies, all composed of 100% malted barley and produced using pot stills with the batch distillation process. Nantou Distillery prides itself on producing a significant portion of its malt whiskies in-house.
