Wolfburn Distillery, located in the town of Thurso in the Scottish Highlands, is recognized for its resilient and robust image, symbolized by a wolf with upright fur in its logo. The Small Batch No. 458 whisky takes its name from the warehouse and cask series from which the individual whiskies were sourced. These casks were aged for approximately seven years, with half in first-fill bourbon casks (containing lightly peated whisky) and the other half in first-fill Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
