The Lakes Faith Quatrefoil Collection Bourbon + Sherry is a single malt whisky distilled at The Lakes Distillery in England, and is the first of four bottles in the Quatrefoil Collection. This collection, limited to 1,000 sets worldwide, showcases the individual flavors that make up The Lakes Distillery's house style.
The Quatrefoil Collection is inspired by the beauty of the Lake District, where the distillery is located. The Lakes Distillery takes inspiration from the UNESCO World Heritage Site and the meticulously restored 160-year-old Victorian farmstead on the banks of the River Derwent.
The Faith bottle is an intense single malt whisky matured exclusively in first-fill Spanish oak Oloroso and PX hogsheads. It was initially matured in American & Spanish oak casks seasoned with Bourbon and Oloroso, followed by a second maturation in PX Hogsheads made up of American and Spanish oak.
Bottled at 56.5% ABV, the Lakes Faith Quatrefoil Collection Bourbon + Sherry is non-chill filtered, providing a richer mouthfeel and full depth of flavor. This unique opportunity to experience individual flavors derived from specific oak species and sherry varieties highlights the unique characteristics of the whisky, and when blended together, reflects the house style of The Lakes Single Malt.
Introduced in 2018, the first in the Quatrefoil Collection from The Lakes was titled FAITH, followed by HOPE, LUCK and the last release in 2021 called LOVE. Faith is a limited edition whisky, making it a must-have for whisky collectors and enthusiasts.

The Lakes Faith Quatrefoil Collection Bourbon + Sherry is an incredibly well-balanced whisky with a rich and spicy profile, complemented by a long, warming finish. The sweetness is perfectly balanced, making it an ideal dessert whisky with no off notes.
This is by far the best of the four Quatrefoil bottlings, and the best of all the Lakes whisky I have tasted. It’s rich and spicy with a long finish. But the sweetness isn’t overdone. An incredibly good desert whisky that has no off notes at all. Just about perfect for me.
