As a reviewer, I find the Shizuoka Pot Still K to be a perfectly pleasant dram, although its price tag might seem a bit steep for some. The taste offers a pleasant mouthfeel with competing notes that slightly obscure the actual spirit, and the peppery note, potentially from the spirit or the high ABV, gives a bit of a burn. The medium finish leaves a lingering spice. Overall, a decent dram, but not necessarily a 'wow' experience.
