Highland Park Yesnaby is the fourth release in the Keystone Series, a distinguished collection of special bottlings that highlight the five Keystones of production, which make Highland Park stand apart from other Single Malts. This limited edition release from 2017 is named after the dramatic cliffs on Orkney's Atlantic coastline, the final point on land before Greenland. This special edition represents the Five Keystones of Highland Park: Aromatic Peat from Hobbister Moor, Hand Turned Floor Maltings (one of the last remaining in Scotland), Sherry Oak Casks for rich flavor and natural color, Cool Maturation on Orkney, off the North coast of Scotland, and Cask Harmonisation to deliver smoothness. Gordon Motion, Highland Park's Master Whisky Maker, has selected three 2005 vintage, first-fill sherry seasoned American Oak casks from their most northerly warehouse to demonstrate how Orkney's unique climate shapes Highland Park's intensely balanced flavor. This whisky is bottled at 58.9% ABV and is presented in a 700ml bottle.
