In honour of Glenlivet Distillery's 200th anniversary in 2024, this exclusive 12-year-old single malt was created. This limited edition Glenlivet celebrates two centuries of whisky excellence. Crafted to commemorate this significant milestone, this expression departs from the traditional maturation process by being solely aged in 100% first-fill American oak casks. The result is a luxurious blend of buttery oak, velvety vanilla, and rich caramel. This particular bottling is distinguished by its notes of ripe, juicy pear, coconut shavings, and creamy vanilla, complemented by aromas of fresh mandarins, pineapple slices, and enticing crème caramel. The artwork for this edition was selected through a crowdsourcing campaign to capture Glenlivet's ethos of "always forward." The winning design comes from Studio Berdi in Colombia.
