This extended maturation process results in a rich, dark gold color and an aroma that is both inviting and complex, with notes of dried fruit, sticky toffee, and a hint of clove and sweet spices. The green fruits from Bushmills are so potent that not even a PX sherry cask finish can mask their intensity.
