The mash bill of this whisky is composed of 80% corn, 10% rye, and 10% malted barley, embodying the essence of traditional Tennessee whisky. After a fermentation period of three days, the freshly distilled unaged whisky undergoes a distinct sugar maple charcoal filtration, a hallmark of the region's whiskey-making process. This crucial step imparts a unique smoothness before the spirit is aged for at least four years in new American oak barrels.
