Distilled in 2010 using the John Dore 2 pot still, this exquisite rum was carefully selected by the global rum ambassador, Ian Burrell, and bottled in 2017 at a robust 58.6% ABV. The 700ml bottle features a unique label designed by Singaporean artist Warren Khong, adding an artistic touch to its remarkable content.
This luxurious 7-year-old rum presents a rich chestnut/oloroso sherry color, inviting you to explore a symphony of aromas and flavors. The nose reveals notes of tropical fruits such as pineapple, papaya, and mango, intertwined with hints of varnish, glue, and subtle mint and smoke.
