This assemblage is a blend of heavy rums from Caroni, distilled in 1996 and bottled at cask strength of 66.5% ABV. In 2019, the aging process was concluded due to the rum's profound intensity. During the "Caroni Ceremony," a group of 26 rum enthusiasts gathered to taste the remaining casks, making this rum a true piece of history that encapsulates the distinctive flavors of the Caroni distillery.
