Distilled in September 2009 at the South Pacific distillery in Fiji, this rum matured in the tropical climate until June 2010. It then continued to age for over seven years in the continental climate of Europe. The rum is a product of a limited batch of only 966 bottles, born from four carefully selected casks, promising a rich and intricate tasting journey. The nose of this rum surprises with caramelized cane syrup, retaining a refreshing quality. As it breathes, aromas of fermented molasses, very ripe fruits, a creamy texture, and a hint of copper emerge, showcasing elegance and subtlety.
