It is a 2-year-old rum, bottled at cask strength with an ABV of 66.5%. This rum is part of the Antipodes collection created by La Maison du Whisky and was distilled following a long fermentation of cane juice and was aged in a new oak barrel.
The nose of this rum is tantalizing with aromas of tropical fruit, dried fruit, roasted notes, spice, and molasses.
