The rum underwent a 3-4 day fermentation and was matured in a virgin oak cask, resulting in a bright light gold color. Aromas of vanilla, toffee, oak, and maple syrup fill the nose, complemented by notes of shortbread, black tea, pepper, ginger, and cinnamon throughout the palate.
