The Saint Lucia Distillers 1931 Batch No. 2 is a premium rum with an age of 12 years and an ABV of 43%. This is the second edition of the super-premium rum from Saint Lucia and it comes with a distinctive purple label. Produced by the renowned Saint Lucia Distillers, this exquisite rum is the result of a careful blend of rums aged in a selection of casks from 2004, 2005, and 2006. Some rums were distilled in a column still, while others were distilled in a pot still. The casks used for aging include American white oak and Porto casks. After blending, the rum underwent an additional 3 months of aging to harmonize the flavors.
