Distilled at the esteemed Bielle Distillery in 2009 using a Savalle column, this exquisite rum was aged for a decade in a single barrel that previously held bourbon, from April 2009 to July 2019, before being shipped to Europe and bottled in November 2019. Limited to only 226 bottles, it offers a truly exclusive tasting experience. With an ABV of 49.4% and a 700ml bottle size, this rum exemplifies the art of fine rum production in the Guadeloupe region. On the nose, Rasta Morris Bielle 2009-2019 exudes a delightful fruity aroma with exotic fruit, citrus, peach, and apricot, accompanied by ravishingly fresh floral notes of violet, chamomile, and aromatic herbs tending towards black tea.
