In the distillery's early years, Yoshi released several Angel's Half bottlings that were only aged for 6 months to 1 year, making them relatively young. This new rum, however, comes after 3 years of barrel aging, appearing darker and more mature. It offers a significant improvement in aromatic complexity and depth, setting it apart from its predecessors.
