Made from locally crushed sugar cane molasses, this rum undergoes natural fermentation before being distilled in a continuous triple-column still. This vintage first matures in Belizean heavy-char American Bourbon barrels before being transferred to used white oak Bourbon barrels that had previously held other Caribbean rums. Bottled in 2021 with an ABV of 46%, only 5,200 bottles of this exceptional spirit are available for rum enthusiasts to savor.
