This 41-year-old Single Vintage Cask Rum, distilled in 1976, offers a unique tasting experience influenced by its finishing barrels, imparting a distinct wine character to the rum. Limited to only 378 bottles, this rum boasts an ABV of 44.9% and is presented in a 700ml bottle. The rum delights the senses with an exquisite aroma of raisins, red wine, berries, vanilla, and sherry. On the palate, it presents a sweet profile with notes of dried dates, raisins, berries, vanilla, and oak. The finish is equally compelling, with lingering hints of oak, fruitiness, vanilla, and dried fruit, culminating in a complex and sweet taste profile that offers a rich and full mouthfeel.
