Distilled in the renowned Vendome pot still at the Saint Lucia Distillers in 2011, this rum has been fully tropically matured for 9 years in an ex-Bourbon barrel. Bottled at an impressive 59.5% ABV with no additives, this limited release of only 248 bottles offers a complex and layered tasting experience. On the nose, it reveals an intoxicating array of aromas including freshly baked banana bread, green pears, and balsamic vinegar, followed by hints of plums, lemon zest, dust, tobacco, red apples, and a trace of gasoline.
