Carnival Guatemala & Belize is a result of a collaboration between Old Brothers and JoeyStarr. This unique blend is composed of column-distilled molasses rums, carefully selected from distilleries in Guatemala and Belize, although the exact origins remain a secret.
The rums were aged in the tropics for a minimum of 3 years in American oak barrels that previously held bourbon. This aging process in the tropical climate contributes to a faster and more intense aging, resulting in a rich and full-bodied flavor profile.
The rums were blended with great care and expertise, resulting in a spirit that embodies the spirit of adventure and celebration. The final product is a testament to the brand's commitment to quality and authenticity.
