Santa Teresa is a Venezuelan rum manufacturer brand. It is Venezuela's oldest, with over a 200-year legacy of producing matured rums. Its present president is Venezuelan entrepreneur Alberto C. Vollmer, a fifth-generation household member committed to rum manufacturing in Venezuela. Santa Teresa is well-known for its goods as well as the Santa Teresa Foundation's humanitarian efforts, such as Proyecto Alcatraz, Rugby Santa Teresa, and Proyecto Casas Blancas. The company's headquarters are in the Santa Teresa Estate, which was created in 1796 by Earl Martin Tovar Ponte and is now an agro-industrial, tourism, and recreational complex.

Sugar cane was apparently being farmed in the lowlands of modern-day Aragua state in northern Venezuela by the end of the 16th century. Count Martin Tovar Ponte, a signatory of the Venezuelan Act of Independence, titled the terrain after the patroness of "Santa Thereza" in 1796. After royalists damaged the land during the War of Independence, a talented man of German heritage, Gustav Julius Vollmer Ribas, grandchild of the general José Félix Ribas, purchased it and began producing Venezuela's original rum in 1896.

In 1989, the estate declared that it would give guided tours within the property to demonstrate the rum refinement process and the facilities to tourists. The "Rum Route," which contains the "Tovar House" and the "Rum Museum," the "Private Cellar," the "Solitary Hatchery," the La Guadalupe area, the coffee roaster, the cane lands, the "Aragua Cross," the refinery, the bottling factory, and the El Consejo railway station are among the highlights.

Santa Teresa Anejo Gran Reserva is a black Venezuelan rum matured in bourbon and whiskey casks for at least 5 years. It was created to be a blending protagonist, delivering the properties of black rums without being overpowering. Because of the proportion of its features, you will appreciate its tremendous adaptability in cocktails.

Santa Teresa, Venezuela's oldest Hacienda, was developed in 1796 and is situated 80 kilometers from Caracas; it is still a household business today and is bordered by sugar cane crops. Santa Teresa Rum's entire manufacturing process is carried out on-site, resulting in a 100% hand crafted distillate, such as this Anejo Gran Reserva, which is the consequence of a mixture of golden and light high-quality rums matured in oak casks for a maximum duration of 5 years, a great combo of proportion and sophistication.

It is a deep golden hue with mahogany undertones. The aroma is strong, sharp, and characterful, with toffee, toffee, caramel, charred wood, and faintly smoked flavors that add depth. In the tongue, it enfolds, enchants, and persuades with the ideal combination of fruit delicacy and alcohol punch, with a lingering woody aftertaste. Santa Teresa Anejo is perfect for blending.

Ron Santa Teresa is a Venezuelan rum manufacturer brand. It is the oldest in Venezuela, having over 220 years of experience producing aged rums. This high-quality white rum comes from one of Venezuela's leading brands. Because every Venezuelan rum must be matured for at least two years, this is a golden rum that has lost its color but remains a smoothly blended rum.

This rum has been put in an attractive bottle, which Santa Teresa employs for all of their numerous offers. Aside from looking lovely, the bottle is basic, sporting a blue label with the corporate emblem on top. The label states BLANCO in giant letters to make sure their consumers know its purpose.

On the flip side, this rum is quite drinkable straight up. After opening the bottle of this perfectly clear rum, it smells like vanilla. Going down your throat produces a robust flavor at first, then it settles easily. It has a sweet flavor in and of itself, making it a nice rum to consume on its own.

It truly shines, though, as an ingredient in classic mojitos and other drinks. It complements the citrus taste well. You may drink it with coke or fruit juice.

Gustav Julius Vollmer, a young German businessman, came to Venezuela in 1830 and married Panchita Rivas, a lady of "revolutionary bloodline." So, the Vollmer family was established, and their descendants still control Santa Teresa today.

Santa Teresa Claro Rum is a beautiful and delicate gold-colored rum that was created by combining rums matured for at least two years in American oak casks. The Claro mix avoids carbon filtering to preserve the intensity of flavor achieved throughout the process of aging, making it a vital element for cocktails.

Santa Teresa Claro is the most recent addition to the line, designed for the export sector with a concentration on cocktail blending. Claro, a combination of mild and heavy rums, is matured in ex-bourbon barrels for roughly three years. The matured rum has been carbon processed to eliminate the majority of the color from its period in American oak, producing a light golden hue.

There are hints of coconut, vanilla, and a faint intrinsic wood on the nose. Luscious coconut and fluffy vanilla combine with a peppery spiciness. Santa Teresa Claro Rum pairs well with Mojitos and Daiquiris.
