Ron Quorohum rums are produced by Oliver&Oliver, a company originally from Cuba, where it was based until Fidel Castro came to power.

Descendants of founder Juanillo Oliver relocated to the Dominican Republic, where the rums are aged and bottled. However, the origins of these rums before blending must be sought in Caribbean countries outside the Dominican Republic, such as Trinidad or Panama. These rums are made from local sugar cane using the traditional method and aged in oak ex-bourbon barrels. After this process comes another traditional method of rum production, the Solera method. Ron Quorhum rums are aged rums with the aroma of tobacco mixed with caramel and an earthy wood flavour.
Despite the traditional method of rum production, this rum is not like the classic old rums. Instead, tradition and modernity are mirrored in the 30 years of this rum - the typical dark colour with golden highlights only underlines the modern style of the elegant bottle with a touch of luxury. Softly velvety on the tongue, its taste is full-bodied and designed for any rum connoisseur. Vanilla, caramel and almond are complemented by just the right amount of spice and apricot on honey.
This limited edition contains premium rums aged in oak barrels for up to 30 years and matured in Pedro Ximenéz Sherry casks for several months. Compared to the original recipe, it stands out for its dark mahogany colour with flashes of crimson. The character of the fortified aging blends with the unique aromas of dried figs, raisins, hazelnuts, and butterscotch.
