Each cane is pressed only once, and the vesou ferments for an extended period of 5 to 7 days before being distilled twice in the copper still known as La Belle Aline. The resulting pure cane juice rum is bottled on-site at its natural strength of 67.5% ABV, ensuring its authenticity and potency.
